When was the last time you had a good conversation with yourself? There are things you need to hear yourself say. Here are my 7 suggestions. Stand in front of a mirror all by yourself. Repeat after me:

1. You are enough.
You don’t need to be better or thinner or richer. You are enough the way you are. You are so enough, it’s unbelievable how enough you are.

2. You are beautiful.
So beautiful, I can feel your radiance through my computer screen. Your beauty shines from within. It comes from every thought, from everything action, from every intention. And you look damn good today. Smile at your beauty.

3. You are intelligent.
You know more than most people. In fact, there is one subject you know more about than anyone. You know what that is, right? It’s your specialty. It’s what makes you unique. Celebrate your intelligence today.

4. You are in the right place at the right time.
You are where you need to be right now. There is no need to wait or to move. You are where every step of your life has led you. Take advantage of your here and now.

5. You are doing just fine.
Nobody has it all figured out. But we all beat ourselves up for not being better or doing more. We see happy pictures of people on social media and wonder why our world is not so perfect. Most of those pictures are posed and only show the best view of life. You need to know that you are doing just fine.

6. You are necessary.
Biologically, we’re all pretty much the same. But there is that small part of our DNA that makes us unique. That is why the world needs your special magic that only you can offer.

7.  You are loved.
You are loved by more people than you know. We all have family and friends, but there are also the silent admiring ones, the ones that you’ve been kind to, the ones that you’ve helped in some small way. They love you too. And most of all you are loved by yourself.

These are my 7 suggestions for things you need to hear yourself say. Add more of your own in the comments below.
