Who doesn’t love a bargain. It’s hard to pass up a store that sells everything for a dollar. I just got back from my local Dollar Tree store with two bags full of Christmas supplies. Here’s my list of dollar store finds for the holidays.
Christmas cards – three boxes of cards to send to family and friends
Wrapping paper – 3 rolls of foil paper in red, green, and gold
Gift boxes – 3-packs of gift boxes in two different sizes
Holiday-themed napkins – snowflakes on a red background
I also picked up extras like batteries, hand soap, and my favorite bar soap, Yardley English Lavender.
In leaner years the dollar store saved me, and helped me buy gifts for my family. I picked up candles, vases, glasses, candy canes, tree decorations, home decor, reindeer ears, toys, books, notepads, planners, and so much more.
It’s been a tough year, so if your shopping budget is limited this season, check out your local dollar store. And even if money isn’t tight, the dollar store is the best place for wrapping supplies. They have all kinds of gift wrap, gift bags, and tissue paper.
What are your favorite dollar store finds this time of year?
