When I was growing up, after we opened our gifts on Christmas morning, we then looked inside our stockings. My parents always filled our stockings with essentials, like socks and lip balm. And I always got Pez, which was my favorite candy at the time. I still love Pez! As I got older, they started putting in something special. I remember one year I got a gold watch. Sometimes, it would be earrings or a bracelet. As a result, stockings became a big deal for me for a while. I like to get creative with stocking stuffers.
