I want to encourage you to take this week between Christmas and New Year to rest and think.
We’re always so busy and stressed leading up to the holidays, and this has been a crazy year. I want you to take some time to relax, recuperate, and enjoy your gifts.
Spend time thinking about how you want next year to feel — not what you want to accomplish or how much weight you want to lose — but how you want to feel.
How can you make your life sweeter? Dream of la dolce vita.
Once you commit to feeling good, all of the rest will fall into place.
I wish you a healthy, happy, and joyful New Year.
Sincerely,
Donna
Great post, just enjoy….I love it. Happy New Year to You
Such an important point. I always feel such immense guilt when I don’t follow-through on my resolutions; I think I will work on just accepting myself this year.
Great reminder!
I spent this week visiting my daughter in Virginia. She and I sat around and did nothing. It was the best!
