This is a FREE 7-day email course with self-care tips and activities to prepare your body and mind for summer.

Here’s how it works:
- The training starts on Tuesday, May 1 and continues through Monday, May 7.
- You’ll receive an email each morning with your instructions for the day including self-care exercises and an easy Mediterranean diet-inspired recipe.
- In one week you’ll be fully prepared for summer.
- The lessons won’t take up all of your time, so you don’t have to worry about missing work or neglecting your family.
- For best results you will need to spend some quality time on yourself each day — guilt-free.
