La Dolce Vita Spring Training

LDV Spring Training is a fun way to get in shape for summer. And when I say get in shape I’m not just talking about our bodies, but our minds, our homes, our relationships, our summer plans, our wardrobes, our skin.

In 7 days we’ll be ready for hot summer fun, La Dolce Vita style.

Here’s how it works:

  • The training starts on Monday, May 1 and continues through Sunday, May 7.
  • You’ll receive an email each morning with your instructions for the day.
  • It’s a week of self-care projects to prepare you for summer.
  • The lessons won’t take up all of your time, so you don’t have to worry about missing work or neglecting your family.
  • For best results you will need to spend some quality time on yourself each day — guilt-free.

I liked the the simplicity of the course. The emails were a reminder to take small steps to treat myself well every day.
